Aneta Wise is a collaborative leader who takes a methodical approach to helping clients maintain compliance standards during housing and real estate transactions. 

For over 30 years, Aneta has supported teams and leadership in implementing procedures for the proper maintenance and transfer of assets. Her professional experience includes nearly a decade of service as a Housing Maintenance Scheduler for the U.S. Air Force, where she was responsible for preparing houses and property to pass inspection. 

Aneta was able to leverage her project management skills and compliance knowledge to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she has been instrumental in helping Real Estate professionals smoothly navigate the nuances of the transaction process from pre-listing to closing. 

Her meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of compliance standards have allowed her to develop a strategic system for ensuring that transactions are completed accurately and meet all specifications. 

Aneta is also a notary and loan signing agent, allowing her to more effectively anticipate the needs of her real estate clients and quickly process contract deliverables. Having seen firsthand the nuances of the transaction process, Aneta is skilled at identifying areas for process improvement and creating solutions to increase operational efficiency. 

Aneta is the owner of A Wise Service, where she is committed to owning the tedious transaction tasks for Real Estate professionals from contract to close.
